Please consider supporting our work ...

The John Brown House is a Canadian treasure.

The preservation of the building and the development of the Brown Homestead into a site that everyone can enjoy is an expensive undertaking that requires hours of work by committed individuals and volunteers. Generous financial contributions from people like you help provide funds necessary to meet our goal of creating an experiential, community engaged venue that truly celebrates both Niagara’s rich heritage and its future.

If our mission resonates with you or you see merit in our work, please consider supporting us with a donation.

You can make a general donation or donate to one of our funds, but we welcome your feedback as to how we apply your donation. If you have an additional request, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We also accept donations of gifts in kind. Anything that might help us in our work is welcome.

We are also seeking Loyalist period artifacts, and family history photos, documents and artifacts related to the Brown family and other early Niagara families for preservation and display in our archive.

And of course, we always welcome volunteers!

Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $100 or greater. These can be individual donations or cumulative donations throughout the calendar year.

Thank you for considering JBHF!
